About me
After earning my law degree from the University of Milan, I completed my legal traineeship at a prestigious law firm in Milan, where I gained experience across various areas of law. During this time, I developed a particular interest in corporate law, contract law, and M&A transactions.
In 2019, I was admitted to the Italian Bar and continued my legal career first with a leading Italian firm and then with an international law firm, both based in Milan. I later collaborated with a boutique law firm specializing in energy law, further expanding my expertise in commercial and regulatory matters.
In 2024, I decided to return to my hometown of Lugano, embarking on a new professional chapter as Legal Counsel at Fiduciaria Mega SA. My practice focuses primarily on contract law, corporate law, employment law, and migration law.
