…and the appointment of Lisa Airoldi to the team of Fiduciaria Mega

We are pleased to announce that Lisa Airoldi, M.A. HSG, a certified tax expert with several years of professional experience in Zurich and Ticino, will join the team of Fiduciaria Mega Lugano as Director, effective 1 January 2026.

As of 1 January 2027, Lisa Airoldi will assume the role of Partner and will join the Board of Directors of our company.
In this context, Fiduciaria Mega SA, effective 1 January 2026, will acquire LCA Tax Consulting SA, a company based in Locarno, thereby strengthening its presence in the tax advisory sector and enhancing its proximity to clients in the Sopraceneri region.
This transaction represents a strategic step toward reinforcing tax expertise and ensuring generational continuity within the partnership of Fiduciaria Mega SA, while guaranteeing our clients excellence in service and increasingly qualified advisory support.
