About me

After completing my studies in business administration, I obtained the federal diploma as a certified tax expert in Zurich. Since 2005, I have been a partner and director of Fiduciaria Mega in Lugano. Previously, I was director of the tax and legal advisory division of PwC in Ticino. During my professional career, I have managed numerous reorganisation and business transfer projects for groups of companies and for entrepreneurs and managers, with particular regard to national and international tax aspects. I also have extensive experience in corporate governance aspects and I am an independent member of a number of operational boards of directors.
